We are extremely proud to bring you the YogaYin Yoga for Endometriosis Course, the only Yoga course for Endometriosis available now online. Our course is based on over 5 years of formal study in Yoga Instruction & Therapy; Allannah’s personal experience with stage 4 Endometriosis & Adenomyosis, diagnosed in 2011 and extensive research conducted with women diagnosed with Endometriosis.

One in ten women suffers with endo, the pain of which has been compared to that of late stage cancer.  You can choose to buy or rent the individual class that suits you, or purchase/rent all 6 classes, its entirely up to you. Renting means you can watch the video on your device as long as you have an Internet connection. If you buy, you can also download the video and watch it offline. Class 1 – Endometriosis Yoga Basics

Start Here! Basic Yoga postures & techniques which are safe and effective for Endometriosis. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners, remember respecting your body means not pushing through. Not suitable for practice during menstruation.

Class 2 – Endometriosis Yoga Strength & Flexibility

A more challenging class for the experienced yoga practitioner & as your practice grows. For strength & flexibility. Because we know being fit can reduce the chronic pain of Endometriosis. Not suitable for practice during menstruation.

Class 3 – Endometriosis Yoga for Menstruation & Pelvic Pain

Yoga postures & techniques to practice during your period, particularly on heavy days, when pain is often at it’s worst. Yoga is medically proven to assist with acute & chronic pain. Here’s how to deal with yours.

Class 4 – Endometriosis Yoga for Adhesions

Adhesions; bands of fibrous tissue that can often “glue” our organs together, causing another source of pain. Adhesions can be created by Endometriosis or the excision surgeries that are sometimes needed to deal with it. This class shares Yoga techniques to gently stretch adhesions & with frequent practice, prevent them reforming.

Class 5 – Endometriosis Yoga Breathing & Meditation

Yoga is not all about poses. Some of the deepest practices are yogic breathing (pranayama) & meditation. These techniques are crucial to your wellbeing & for dealing with the often varied symptoms of Endometriosis. Make time for them. Suitable to practice during menstruation.

Class 6 – Endometriosis Yoga Deep Relaxation

If you only purchase one class from this series, make it this one. This deep muscle relaxation can be added on to the end of all the other classes and is a scientifically-proved method of reducing chronic pain, stress & anxiety & improving overall wellbeing. An absolute must.
